What You Will Do at QA Consultants

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in the company’s go-to-market strategy by designing online/offline assets that are used in programs to enhance QA Consultants’ reputation and generate revenues.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, you will tap into your well-honed skills in online/offline design, to lead, contribute to, and support the following activities:

• Providing graphic design and layout for online/offline materials such as: website, customer case studies, brochures, blogs, corporate presentations, product videos, email marketing messages, surveys, conference/tradeshow collateral, press releases, proposals and white papers

• Reviewing, updating, and maintaining online and offline marketing assets to ensure that layout/design is current, consistent, and aligned with core messages and brand standards

• Collecting, documenting, and organizing marketing assets, materials, and client references

• Project managing the preparation and submissions of award entries (on behalf of QA Consultants and/or QA Consultants clients)

• Community management for all company accounts/platforms, organizing/executing content calendars, and contributing to content concepts

• Organizing/executing newsletters both external and internal with content and images

• Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion

• Analytics for the QAC website and social content

Your Experience

1 to 3 years of Creative experience, in an agency or corporate setting, doing the following:

• Developing and executing graphic design elements for print, digital, and social media
• Developing graphics from concept through to completion (and measurement)
• Creating compelling visual designs used in multi-faceted marketing campaigns
• Developing and/or applying brand identity standards across media

Your Technological Skills

• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• High proficiency with web design process and best practices, including image optimization for viewing/SEO, responsive design, basic HTML and CSS,
• High proficiency with Content Management Systems (e.g. Wordpress, Joomla, or Drupal)
• Comfort designing for, and posting to, social platforms
• Familiarity with typography, illustration, video post-production and video optimization
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Eloqua, or Marketo)

Nice to have skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or SalesForce

Your Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Graphic Design, Arts, or a Digital/Social Media Program
